Founder & Head Coach

Chuck brings over 20 years of sales leadership experience in the home services industry. He designed the TOP REP Sales System and leads all coaching sessions, working directly with business owners and sales teams nationwide. Before founding Top Rep Training, Chuck led high-performing sales organizations in roofing and home improvement, consistently achieving 50%+ close rates. He's passionate about helping contractors build champion sales teams without relying on high-pressure tactics or price wars. Chuck isn’t just teaching theory—he works in the trenches, coaching contractors and sales professionals across the country who are actively implementing his strategies and consistently outperforming their markets. From small startups to national brands, companies turn to Chuck when they want proven systems, not fluff—and real results that scale.

Chris Thokey

Finance and Events Manager

Chris serves as the Finance and Events Manager at Top Rep, where she oversees financial operations and leads the planning and execution of our training events to support the company’s mission of transforming sales and leadership performance. In this dual role, Chris oversees budgets, forecasting, and strategic financial planning, while also orchestrating dynamic training events that connect, inspire, and equip sales leaders and professionals. With a combined 25 years experience in finance and marketing, she ensures every aspect of finance and events is executed with precision. Chris is passionate and driven by helping teams execute at a high level—both on paper and in the room. She believes great training experiences are built on strong systems, clear expectations, and flawless execution behind the scenes. At Top Rep, Chris plays a critical role in ensuring every event delivers real value, runs smoothly, and leaves attendees better equipped to lead, sell, and win.

Mike Alvarado

Chief Operating Officer and Head Coach

Mike Alvarado is a home-services sales coach and trainer with Top Rep who partners with owners, sales leaders, and in-home consultants to build predictable revenue through process, not pressure. His work centers on installing a clear, repeatable sales framework from lead intake and appointment prep through discovery, presentation, pricing, and commitment. Mike is especially known for helping teams increase same-day close rate, protect gross margin, tighten follow-up, and reduce cancellations by improving sales execution and leadership accountability. He has supported teams across the United States in areas such as residential roofing, floor coatings, and home remodeling, often in franchise and multi-location environments. His approach blends emotional intelligence with performance math, so reps become more confident, homeowners feel more cared for, and leaders gain visibility into what’s working.

Vice President of Sales

Ashlee Bowling is the Vice President of Sales at Top Rep Training, where she drives growth by supporting existing and potential clients. Known for her strong communication, leadership, and client-focused approach, Ashlee plays a key role in expanding opportunities for learners while building lasting relationships within the home remodeling and services community. Prior to joining Top Rep Training, Ashlee spent over 20 years in sales, with a decade, specifically in sales training and coaching. She has a deep passion for assisting individuals in their professional development and attaining their goals. Outside of her professional work, Ashlee is a dedicated wife to her husband, Dave, and a proud mother of four children—Boston, Berkley, Sunny, and Ace. She values family, personal growth, and creating a positive impact both at home and in her professional reach.

Brian Simpson leads the Service Trades division at Top Rep Training, where he architects scalable performance systems designed to modernize the home service industry. As the creator of the PROVEN Method™, Brian integrates communication psychology, field execution, and structured sales frameworks to help companies build predictable growth through trust-driven customer experiences. With over 15 years in the electrical trade and extensive experience developing multi-week training curricula and leadership programs, Brian has built systems that transform technicians into high-performing professionals and emerging leaders. His work focuses on operational consistency, cultural elevation, and measurable revenue improvement across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related trades. Brian is committed to raising the standard of professionalism in home services and shaping the next generation of industry leadership.
